Medzi pr\u00e1vne prostriedky obmedzuj\u00face vlastn\u00edcke pr\u00e1vo okrem vecn\u00fdch bremien, z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va, z\u00e1dr\u017en\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va partia aj ve\u013emi \u010dasto spom\u00ednan\u00e9 susedsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00edkovi veci (nehnute\u013enosti) sa susedsk\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vami ukladaj\u00fa povinnosti spr\u00e1va\u0165 sa ur\u010dit\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, nie\u010do strpie\u0165, nie\u010doho sa zdr\u017ea\u0165 alebo nie\u010do kona\u0165 za \u00fa\u010delom neru\u0161en\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1v in\u00fdch vlastn\u00edkov. Z\u00e1kon uklad\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu vlastn\u00edkovi povinnos\u0165 zdr\u017ea\u0165 sa v\u0161etk\u00e9ho, \u010d\u00edm by v\u00fdkonom svojho pr\u00e1va nad mieru primeran\u00fa pomerom ob\u0165a\u017eoval in\u00e9ho alebo \u010d\u00edm by v\u00e1\u017ene ohrozoval v\u00fdkon jeho pr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kon vlastn\u00edkom veci v\u00fdslovne uklad\u00e1 povinnos\u0165 nad mieru primeran\u00fa pomerom neob\u0165a\u017eova\u0165 susedov hlukom, prachom, popol\u010dekom, plynmi, parami, pachmi, pevn\u00fdmi a tekut\u00fdmi odpadmi, svetlom, tienen\u00edm a vibr\u00e1ciami. Vlastn\u00edk pozemku nem\u00f4\u017ee takisto necha\u0165 vnika\u0165 na susediaci pozemok zvierat\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00edkovi pozemku sa v\u00fdslovne zakazuje ne\u0161etrne alebo v nevhodnom ro\u010dnom obdob\u00ed odstra\u0148ova\u0165 zo svojej p\u00f4dy korene stromov alebo vetvy stromov, ktor\u00e9 presahuj\u00fa na jeho pozemok. Vlastn\u00edkovi susediaceho pozemku, teda patr\u00ed pr\u00e1vo odstra\u0148ova\u0165 korene a vetvy stromu zo susediaceho pozemku, mus\u00ed to v\u0161ak urobi\u0165 \u0161etrn\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom a vo vhodnom ro\u010dnom obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kon rie\u0161i aj ot\u00e1zku, komu patr\u00ed ovocie nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face sa na pre\u010dnievaj\u00facich vet\u00e1ch stromu alebo ovocie, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e spadlo na susedov pozemok. Toto pr\u00e1vo vych\u00e1dza z potreby \u00fadr\u017eby alebo obhospodarovania susediacich nehnute\u013enost\u00ed. Pr\u00e1vo na vstup sa pou\u017eije aj pri vstupe na susedov pozemok za \u00fa\u010delom zberu spadnut\u00e9ho ovocia.<\/p>\n<p>Vlastn\u00edkovi sa \u010falej zakazuje ohrozova\u0165 susedovu stavbu alebo pozemok \u00fapravami vykon\u00e1van\u00fdmi na svojom pozemku alebo stavbe bez toho, aby vlastn\u00edk uskuto\u010dnil n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e9 opatrenia na upevnenie stavby alebo pozemku. Vlastn\u00edk nesmie napr\u00edklad zbavi\u0165 susedovu stavbu opory \u00fapravami na svojom pozemku (v\u00fdkopom alebo inou stavbou).<\/p>\n<p>Za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed m\u00f4\u017ee s\u00fad nariadi\u0165 vlastn\u00edkovi susediaceho pozemku povinnos\u0165 oploti\u0165 svoj pozemok.
